Structural Features:

Aluminum alloy assembled structure, with no concept of scrapping, efficient and energy-saving with long-term use.

PLC + touchscreen system and manual control, simple and easy-to-understand operating interface, quick automatic adjustment of glass thickness. The machine has a built-in one-button start function, and is best configured to reduce manpower when connected.

All paint coatings are processed by high-temperature spraying, and all parts in contact with water in the cleaning section are made of stainless steel.

The entire machine's conveying rubber rollers are fully covered with vulcanized rubber (prohibited from contact with acidic liquids), with a roller diameter of 75mm.

The upper section is equipped with a stainless steel water receiving tray and a spraying system, with spray pipes designed for quick connection, facilitating disassembly and cleaning.

The upper glass size is 1800mm; the cleaning and drying section size is 2000mm; the two pairs of straight air knives; the lower section table size is 1800mm.

The cleaning and drying areas can be raised or lowered as a whole, with a maximum lifting height of 350mm, making cleaning and maintenance easier.

The cleaning section is equipped with three pairs of brushes (∮160mm) with stainless steel shafts, with special soft bristles for cleaning LOW-E glass and coated glass. All hard bristle brushes in the upper cleaning section are equipped with cylinders for independent lifting. When cleaning LOW-E glass, the hard bristle brushes lift, and the brush rotation speed is variably controlled.

Two pairs of specially designed aluminum air knives for better removal of water droplets on the flat surface of thick plate glass.

The entire fan box is installed at the top of the equipment, with an air filtering net in the high-pressure fan's intake chamber for easy inspection and cleaning.

The main drive is a bevel gear drive, and the conveyance uses frequency variable speed, with brushes driven separately by two sets of motors for stable rotation speed and long service life.

The washer's water tank is external, equipped with movable universal wheels, with bottom drainage for easy cleaning, water replacement, inspection, etc., improving the washing effect of the machine.
