I、 The purpose of the machine
This machine is used for cleaning flat glass, from entering the section → cleaning section → drying → exiting the section。
II、 Main configuration of the machine
1. The main drive is a chain drive with stepless speed regulation
2. The entire machine uses vulcanized rubber fully wrapped rubber rods for conveying, 4 pairs of outer diameter 55 brush cleaning, and 3 pairs of outer diameter 60 sponge rods for water absorption.
3. The drying section adopts 6 heating tubes for heating, and the temperature control is adjustable
4. The sheet metal is made of 201 stainless steel material
